Developer Joe Green makes offer to sell the East Fork Amazon Headwaters Forest to the City of Eugene

As released in the Eugene City Council packet for the Monday, January 14, 2008 city council meeting, developer Joe Green has delivered an offer, from his attorney Mark Hoyt to the city's attorneys, to sell the East Fork Amazon Headwaters Forest to the City of Eugene, for 10% less than the value determined by the recent City of Eugene-contracted appraisal.
