• May General Meeting

Discussed topic for next general meeting, May 11th. Decided on a panel discussion on the UGB. Lisa will work on finding panelists. We will need a moderator and time-keeper. Discussed having refreshments at the general meetings to encourage greater attendance and more interaction between neighbors. Keeping the meeting short, ending no later than 8:30, leaving time at the end for refreshments and mixing. It was also suggested that we have a voluntary member donation available to help pay for the refreshments.

• Elections and nominations for June

We decided to have another general meeting in June for our elections. We will need a topic for this as well. Discussed need for new members and recruitment. It was suggested that in the May general meeting we can pass around a sheet for people to sign if interested in joining the board.

The next meeting will be the General Meeting at Hilyard Community Center, May 11 at 7 p.m.
