Hello! I'm so excited to see that a Eugene and surrounding area wiki has begun! When I lived near Davis, CA, I read and referred often to the marvelous Davis Wiki.

I think it would be terrific to have a "Food and Drink" category. (I've just added a "Restaurants, Cafes, and Bars" subcategory to "Local Businesses" on the main page... However, I really like the way people have organized the Davis Wiki's food and drink section on their front page (see below).


Food and Drink

Supermarkets & Grocery Stores, International Foods

Restaurants, Coffee Shops, Catering, Buffets, Cheap Food, Breakfast, Lunch Specials

Vegetarian Options, Vegan Options

Alcohol


I also think "late night," "delivery," and "places with live music" would be good subcategories.
