1. West 11th Corridor Study

Looking at a couple of documents...

Draft W11th Transportation Corridor Study Consultant's Scope of Work from LTD - unspecified pages
- Task 8, Subtask B1 is Existing Conditions Report. Emily is asking for consultant DKS to provide by January 20th.
- Either consultant should do data collection on alternative modes, to include in report, or city should do it and feed to consultant, because it should all be integrated in the Existing Conditions report.
- Alternative modes data collection and analysis should be on the same par as data collection and analysis for motor vehicles.
- Subtask B2 might save some $ by just working with current conditions, instead of projecting just to 2012.
- Subtask B3 should list examples of bicycle, pedestrian, and transit improvements.
- Subtask B4 should include a WEC persentationa nd discussion and a public meeting, among the listed 6 project team meetings.
- Include bicycle and pedestrian intersections in study intersection lists.

4. Community Design Process Consultant

Consensus that a Community Design Process Consultant should be added to the facilitation team for at least the next 3-5 meetings.

- Rob will present this recommendation to John and Dennis from the LUTE Committee tonight.
